Pascal Berghe’s main areas of practice include EC competition law, general EU law and regulatory issues and international trade. He advises clients on these issues in the context of transactions, litigation and proceedings before the competition authorities. He also practices Belgian law. Pascal Berghe worked with another leading competition law firm from 2005 to 2006. He joined White & Case in September 2007. Pascal joined the Brussels Bar in 2005 and has been admitted to the New York Bar in2008. He studied at Université de Liège (2004), Bruge (LL.M in European Legal Studies, College of Europe, 2005) and New York (LL.M in Trade Regulation,NYU, 2007). He is the author or co-author of various publications, including: "Who is the Predator (2)? The French Competition Council’s GSK Predation Decision is Overruled", Competition Law Insight, July 1, 2008 ; "Korea-EU trade relationship: where do we stand?", Korean International Trade Association, June 2008.
